Eligibility & Access
The platform is offered to licensed brokers, family office principals, wealth advisors, institutional investors, and real estate attorneys operating in the Manhattan ultra-luxury residential market. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked for misuse.
Permitted Use
Intelligence provided through the platform is for your internal professional use. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or use the data to build a competing product, nor represent the platform's outputs as independent valuations.
No Warranty
Signals and scores are analytical estimates, not guarantees of value or outcome. The platform is provided “as is” and you remain responsible for your own diligence and decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billionaires' Row Intelligence is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
