This statement describes how intelligence is sourced, secured, and segregated across the platform.

Sources

Data is aggregated from the NYC Department of Finance, ACRIS, the Department of Buildings, and 19 additional verified public and licensed databases. Every record carries its source, ingestion run, and timestamp.

Encryption

All stored intelligence is protected with bank-grade AES-256 encryption at rest, and data in transit is secured with modern TLS. Access is gated behind authenticated, role-scoped controls.

Segregation

Member-generated intelligence is logically segregated per account. We enforce zero third-party data sharing — your intelligence remains exclusively yours.

Auditability

Actions across the platform are logged. Records are soft-deleted rather than destroyed, preserving a full lineage for audit and reconciliation.
